Holiday Rental Code of Conduct

The NSW Department of Planning & Infrastructures Holiday Rental Code of Conduct prescribes industry practices that address the needs of local communities, property owners, tourism operators and guests including noise, guest overcrowding, garbage and car parking.

 

HLO Central Coast is a Holiday Rental Code of Conduct Participating Organisation. Compliance with the Codes standards, practices and obligations is mandatory for all members.

 

HLO Central Coast assists members to comply with Code requirements to ensure professional management standards.

 

The Code of Conduct incorporates the following mandatory components:

 

Part 1 - Outlines Participating Organisation obligations (such as HLO Central Coast)

Part 2 - Outlines Holiday Rental Property Management obligations

Part 3 - Outlines mandatory Owner & Guest License to Occupy Terms, Conditions & Requirements
