To enhance the reputation and standing of the Central Coast & Hunter Valley Short Term Rental Accommodation industry.

To advocate a sustainable, quality managed Central Coast & Hunter Valley Short Term Rental Accommodation industry.

To provide and maintain a Code of Conduct that complies with Council requirements, NSW State Government requirements and the NSW Department of Planning & Infrastructures Code of Conduct.

To require HLO Central Coast members to implement the Code of Conduct which sets standards of social behaviour for guests of Short Term Rental Accommodation that are acceptable to the neighbourhood and community.

To aid HLO Central Coast members with upholding the Code of Conduct and the promotion of their compliance and quality accomodation through the implementation of a quality assurance & accreditation system.

To aid with the communication of industry specific issues as identified through a quality assurance & accreditation system.
